ADI offers programs to support you and your family from the arrival of your children through their transition to college.

Regular Child/Adult Care

Our EAP, KGA, provides ADI employees and their families with information and referral options for child and adult care needs.

If you have regular child care needs, you can get help finding a local day care center, get referrals to in-home child care providers or nannies, or find out about summer camps and school vacation programs.

If you're balancing adult care issues, you can get help finding assisted living facilities, nursing homes, adult day care programs, caregiver support, retirement communities and other programs to help you support your aging parents or other adult relatives.

Back Up Child/Adult Care

There are times when your regular child care plans fall through and you need help balancing your work commitments. You may also have parental care responsibilities which can become challenging when your normal care plans fall through.

Through Bright Horizons, you have access to back-up child and adult care programs that provides you with referrals to a local Bright Horizons child care facility, or to in-home child and adult back up care.

Pre-registration allows you to quickly access this service when you need it.

College Coach

The college application and admissions process can be an exciting – and stressful – time for you as well as your child. College Coach takes some of the pressure off by providing information and guidance on how to prepare for this event with tips on how to save for college, pay for college and the admissions process.

  • Paid Parental Leave. Under ADI's Paid Parental Leave Policy, you can take up to three weeks' paid parental leave within 12 weeks following the birth or adoption of a baby.
  • Adoption Assistance. Employees adopting children can be eligible to receive a $7,500 benefit.
  • Dependent Care Spending Account. You can contribute up to $5,000 a year through convenient pre-tax payroll deductions and use this money to pay for eligible dependent day care expenses.
