Analog partners with high quality third-party vendors to manage plan and employee data related to many of our benefit programs and these vendors have online resources as well as benefit representatives available by phone to help you when you have questions or need to make a change.

Alight Solutions – maintains data and enrollment records for our Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance programs, Health Savings Accounts elections, and the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts contributions. Contact them directly if you want to:

  • Add and/or remove dependents due to a qualified status change
  • Change your pay period contribution to your Health Savings Account
  • Check the balance of your Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
  • Change your Life and AD&D Insurance Beneficiaries

Fidelity NetBenefits is the primary site and resource for data related to your TIP account, as well as for your Health Savings Account. Contact them directly if you want to:

  • access your TIP and Health Savings Accounts
  • view your account balances
  • change your TIP contribution (your HSA contributions can be changed at Alight Solutions)
  • learn about and change your TIP or HSA investments
  • review your statements
